Facebook 'likes' direct from your email campaigns

Now it's even easier to connect with your guests.

Today sees the launch of the latest version of Send&Connect, Whistle Hospitality Marketing's in-house e-marketing system.

With the new version, email campaigns can now include a Facebook 'Like' button to encourage recipients to share your news and offers via their own Facebook page.

You can also choose to have your campaigns automatically posted to a Facebook page when they are sent out, with a link to the online version.

The new functionality is matched by updated reporting features that track social sharing of your email campaigns: as a standard feature of campaign reports we can provide details of anyone who Tweeted about your campaign or shared it on Facebook.

This information can now be used to segment your email list, allowing you to target offers specifically to people who are active on social networks and share your content.

The new Facebook features in Send&Connect extend the system's existing social-sharing functionality, including:

  • automatically post your campaigns to Twitter
  • ability to add a sign-up form to your Facebook page
  • ability for recipients to post to a range of popular social networks
  • all social links tracked & reported
  • 'forward to a friend' functionality
